The company has a registered capital of 35 million yuan, covers an area of 44000 square meters, employs more than 110 people, and produces 100000 pieces of office furniture annually, mainly including rosters, conference tables, bookcases, sofas, etc. The export volume will reach 23 million in 2020.
The company has been exporting to the Korean market since 2003. Previously, painted furniture was exported. Since last year, melamine panel furniture has been researched and developed. After many proofing and modification, it has successfully entered the Korean market. The shipment volume is basically the same as that of painted furniture. In order to avoid the risk caused by a single sales channel, while maintaining the foreign market, the company has also increased its domestic R&D and sales efforts. Now, the company is expanding the domestic office furniture market, introducing two series of products, English walnut and French walnut, which has enriched the product types and further expanded the market sales.
In 2017, when the company was building a new plant, according to the environmental governance policy, it spent 12 million yuan to purchase an automatic spraying line with VOC governance, which ensured that the production process was more environmentally friendly and clean. In 2022, the company successfully applied for the "Dejian" trademark, established the official website of Dejian Furniture, passed the ten ring certification, and completed the certification of the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system and service management system.
